We invite you to join us at the local level in training your hunting dog. You will find the members of the Central Michigan HRC to be very helpful and friendly. The more you put into your retriever and your club, the more you will benefit.
Training:
We have at least two training dates a month. Most members have the most up to date equipment and are more than willing to share it. We spread the training around to different grounds to help members out and keep the dogs on their toes.
We welcome you to join us at one of our upcoming Training Sessions. Our main goal is to help you have the best trained retriever possible. The Central Michigan HRC has a long standing tradition of having some of the best dogs and hunts in the mid-west area. We do this by concentrating on the dogs and not on the small stuff. We also like to have fun - because in the long run, that's what it's all about.

They give use of the sales barn for awards and lunch and allow overnight camping on the grounds. There are many fine hotels and resturants in the towns of Williamston and Perry. The Perry Boyscouts are our offical birdboys! And they do a great job!!! Our lunches are prepared by Sue Rogers and her friend Ella Nelson, I`m sure you will be pleased with there fine cooking.
